Beat Girl gets another nomination. After being nominated for an EMMY, Beat Girl is now nominated for a Kidscreen Award as Best TV Movie. Winners will be announced Feb 11, in New York, one day after the Emmys.
‘Beat Girl’, produced by beActive and shot on location in Dublin last year, just got an Emmy nomination in the Best Series category, along with productions from Brazil, Japan and Denmark. The series is the only Irish nominee for the prestigious awards, which will take place in New York on February 2014, as announced by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences at their press conference yesterday.
COLLIDER will have its theatrical premiere on October 15th in London, within The Cross-Media Forum, a parallel event to the BFI London Film Festival and is set for premiere as a feature film in the UK and Ireland in January 2014.
